The location is perfect, the staff welcoming, the room beautiful with an amazing view, and everything is within walking distance of the main attractions. A minor improvement would be better guidance on how to reach the hotel entrance by car beforehand. It’s in a pedestrian zone and we circled the area several times before we had to call the receptionist and ask for directions. She did a good job guiding us through.

The location is very good. The bathroom and shower have gaps that let water leak into the washroom, and the curtains in the room don’t block out all light.

Our CEO has stayed here a couple of times— the location is great, and the service and rooms are really good. He has very high standards and rates this hotel very highly.

The spot right on the edge of the promenade and the old town was spot‑on, the room was a decent size, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful, though a harbour view would have been nice.
