The city views are great, but it’s far from restaurants and the town, ending on an unsealed road up a large hill no matter which direction you come from. Our room had a very smelly bathroom drain. I’m not sure why this hotel gets such a high rating on b.c.; there are better options for the same price.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is calm, and it’s a good spot for a short stay in Labuan Bajo. Nothing significant – for one night the property met our expectations, good value for money, and it’s close to the airport.

The stay was very pleasant, perfect for a Komodo cruise. It’s a 10‑minute walk from the airport, and the hosts are extremely welcoming.
