The room was spacious in a quiet neighborhood and we could drop off our luggage before the room was ready, but the stairs were a bit narrow.

The hairdryer was great, the street was quiet, and the owner was very friendly and easy to talk to. The bathroom trash hadn’t been emptied, and in other cities it would be pricey for what it offers, but for Venice it was acceptable.

The location is ideal, away from the noise, perfect for resting after a tiring day in Venice, but there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room.

Nice spot, away from the extreme tourism and noise. The AC worked well and the facilities were good. The host was also very helpful.
