Everything looked as beautiful as in the photos, the staff were friendly, the location was good, and it’s great that you can pay by card. A few mosquitoes were present, which is normal for the area, and it was hot, but the air conditioning in the room kept it comfortable. I highly recommend it! The only issue was that there was no hot water in the shower, which is probably due to the location, but everything else was fine.

The staff, especially Sebastián, were attentive, but I wish they sold water, soda, and a small grocery shop.

The team was incredibly friendly; when a friend's flight got cancelled at the last minute, they refunded the night even though it wasn’t required. Breakfast was excellent, and the air‑conditioned rooms were a real treat in the Amazon.

Diana, her family, and the hotel staff were all very helpful and attentive. The pillow felt too firm for me, but otherwise everything was great.

The hotel is close to both Leticia’s center and the Brazilian border. The staff are kind, helpful, and fluent in English, always ready to assist with any request. The rooms are simply furnished; the bed is a bit narrow but comfortable. The air conditioning works well and cools the room quickly. Breakfast is tasty, and the terrace offers a wonderful view of the trees opposite. Because the room is sealed, a mosquito net isn’t needed. The shower only provides cold water, which is understandable given the local climate, but it’s a refreshing experience in the morning.
