“Never again.”
The only thing that was right was the location with sea view. Everything else was terrible and should be avoided – we left right away. The bathroom was dirty, with hair and fur in the shower, spider webs in the corners, a toilet stained with yellowish spots, and a moldy wall. The rest was even worse. It was supposedly a “suite,” but the kitchen was very basic (no hot water), the coffee maker was moldy, and there was nothing to welcome guests – no water bottle, no soap for handwashing, just a broom to clean dog hair everywhere in the living area. We arrived on a Sunday evening with no other options, spent the night (the bedding was clean), and left the next morning.

The view was very beautiful (as shown in the photos). Parking was always available, and the area was very quiet yet close to the center of Marciana Marina. The owner was friendly and helpful. The terrace was already lit by the early morning sun, making it lovely for breakfast. The walk from the parking to the apartment was a bit tiring – about fifty steps that can become tedious for those not in great shape. It was discreetly lit at night with motion sensors. A small electric heater would have been useful (the apartment has air conditioning but no heating), especially during my vacation period when the weather was not ideal. The supply of typical B&B items such as toiletries and breakfast groceries was a bit lacking.
