The location was great—quiet, on a calm street, 3 minutes on foot from the metro and within walking distance of the main sights, with a supermarket 2–3 minutes away and tasty restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean, safe, and peaceful. The room was spacious with all amenities and a terrace. The staff were extremely responsive and available every day, cleaning the room, changing linens, and refreshing supplies.

The cleanliness was outstanding—we felt comfortable from the first moment. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh espresso pods, tea, and sugar were always provided. The tiny fridge was perfect, and there were fresh water bottles daily.

The room was beautiful, with a large, spacious bed and a roomy bathroom, and the cleanliness was excellent. Coffee, herbal tea, and water were appreciated. I had trouble with the automatic gate and main door system, but the building tenants let me through. It was unpleasant, but the staff were reachable via WhatsApp and resolved the issue in about twenty minutes, even though the problem was already solved by then.

The place was really clean, the check‑in instructions were easy, and the area was nice and close to the metro, but there was no iron available.

The spot is spot on – close to everything. The room felt simple and comfy. When the online check‑in hiccupped, I called the customer service number and a very helpful, knowledgeable person sorted it out calmly, even though I was pretty annoyed at first. The only downside was that everything, even check‑in, had to be done online; the link kept failing until I finally got help on the phone, but the staff was excellent.
