Hotel Berta, located 100 meters from Lake Garda's southern shore, features an outdoor pool, sunny terrace, and air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs. Complimentary wellness access is included. The owner and staff were wonderfully helpful; when we ran into a check‑in snag they fixed it right away. The pool and rooftop deck were lovely, and having bikes to rent was ideal. Breakfast was truly amazing, offering options we hadn’t imagined.

Just a lovely place to stay - deserves more than 3 stars. Rooms comfortable, food good and lots of choice for breakfast. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Located off the main road, a couple of restaurant choices near by but plenty just a short drive away. The rooftop spa is a real treat and lovely you can book a time slot just for your sole use- a real treat in the evening as the sun comes down over the lake. If I was to give one suggestion for improving, it would be to get more than 1 coffee machine at breakfast as the queue can build up. We would definitely stay again. Nothing really

Breakfast was incredible, rooms were clean, the pool and bike rentals were great, the terrace offered nice views, and the dinner food was good. Most staff were friendly. The location is tough without a car: buses in Garda are unreliable, taxis are pricey, and it’s an hour’s walk to the two main towns. We had requested e‑bikes beforehand and were told they would be charged, but when we picked them up they hadn’t been charged at all, ruining a planned long ride. The staff member responsible offered no apology.
