The hotel is 5 miles from Citycentre Plaza, 16 miles from downtown Houston, and 10 km from Memorial City Mall, with George Bush Intercontinental Airport a 30-minute drive away.

The hotel delivers what the pictures show: an older but renovated property where everything works and the cozy elevator gets you used to it quickly. The location by the park is very nice. As usual in America, the rooms are carpeted.

The bed was great and the tub was lovely and large. A repair was ongoing in the lobby.

Good location and free parking. The hotel was under renovation, so it looked depressing.

The fish were very cool, the breakfast was nice, and the wait staff was very attentive and helpful. The AC in the room wasn’t working, so the room was very warm and I had to go to the pool for relief. They didn’t offer another room until maintenance fixed the AC, which took a couple of hours around 8 pm. I texted and asked if it was fixed, and they seemed confused. Also, our breakfast should have been free but it wasn’t.
