When I first entered the room it was clean, but the cleaning got superficial in the following days. They gave me bottled water for the first two evenings, then on the third night they started charging for it.

We paid €270 for a two‑night stay with breakfast included for our family of two adults and a teenage child, choosing Hotel Ninfa because of its parking and its 9.8 rating. We wanted a comfortable place to sleep while visiting Naples, but the first night was impossible to rest due to constant noise: people coming and going, doors slamming, loud conversations in the corridors, and loud sexual noises. We told reception, but nothing changed. Because we couldn’t sleep, we left after the first night and didn’t stay the second night, even though it was already paid for. We also missed the included breakfast. Paying €270 for a stay we couldn’t even finish because the hotel failed to provide basic rest conditions was extremely disappointing. The experience was completely different from what the reviews promised, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness, friendliness, and politeness are the key points of this place. The staff pampered us and met all our requests. They’re always available. We’ll come back.
