“Convenient Location, Clean Room, and Friendly Host”

The location is very convenient, with shops nearby and good links to Osaka Station and the airport, making it practical for getting around. The room was clean, well‑furnished, and spacious enough for one person. Wi‑Fi worked well, and having a kettle and a fridge in the room was very handy. Overall, the room and location were good, but the lack of communication left room for improvement. The only downside was the disappointing communication: I got no reply to my first inquiry, which made it hard to coordinate, though the host was helpful, friendly, and polite in person. There isn’t much to see in the immediate area.

The place was clean and the staff were very helpful; it’s close to a grocery store and several restaurants/cafes. Tengachaya station is a 15‑minute walk, so that’s fine. The room was small but had everything we needed. There was a sento across the street for those who want to try, and self‑serve laundry was available. We had a comfortable stay in Osaka, though the room felt a bit damp for some reason, but it wasn’t all that bad.

“Little guesthouse with nice owner”

The owner was very nice, the room was simple but had a washing machine, and there was no noise from neighbours. The grocery was very close, though it was a bit further from Osaka station and there was only one pillow.

The staff were friendly and the room size was decent. It’s a 10‑15 minute walk to the station, but it was very noisy with guests inside and road sounds; they did give plenty of earplugs. The toilet was old‑style with no washlet, and the AC was loud.
