“Overpriced run-down hotel with poor breakfast”

We didn’t enjoy our stay at all. The property and equipment looked run down and old. The main entrance used a code lock that often didn’t work; the receptionist said it was out of batteries and would be replaced, but it stayed the same throughout our stay. We booked because breakfast was supposed to be included, yet it only started after 8 am and we had to leave early; no alternative or discount was offered. The price/value ratio was not great.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The decor was a little dated but still nice.

The location was very good, about 200 m to the beach, and the reception offered beach towels. It’s one of the cheaper options on South Beach, but remember it’s a motel‑style place for the less demanding, not a full‑service hotel. Still, it was clean and comfortable.

Cleanliness, organization, comfort and friendliness were all good. Carrying luggage up the stairs was a bit annoying, and the breakfast was bad (laughs). Aside from coffee and fruit, only supermarket packs were available (mini cake, biscuits, jarred fruit 😅).

“Preço justo e atendimento excelente”

The experience was very good. The location was excellent, just a few meters from Ocean Drive. The staff were friendly and very welcoming.
