The host was extremely kind and even prepared a welcome cake for us.

The spot is unbeatable, right next to the old theater, and the place feels super cozy. The host set everything up warmly, the kitchen comes with a coffee machine and plenty of snacks. It really felt like home—thanks, highly recommend.

The place is beautifully clean and welcoming, and Mrs. Monica was very kind. We were able to park right in front of the house.

Cleanliness, courtesy, and location are all spot on, and there's free covered parking in front of the property just a short walk from Gubbio’s center. I want to point out that everything was fine overall, but a suggestion: next time, maybe consider an air‑conditioner for future hot, humid summers, even though we were given a cooler room to help us out. It wouldn't hurt.
