The Art Hotel by Art Hostel

This hotel is very pleasant and situated in a perfect spot with everything close by. The ladies at reception and breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Street parking worked fine, and check‑in was available until midnight. We recommend it.

The place is lovely, located on a quiet leafy street. The staff were nice and the room was huge. Minor issues only: there was no one at reception when I arrived, and no one answered the doorbell. The same happened at check‑out, which was concerning since I had a flight to catch, but it all worked out in the end. Bedside lights would have been handy, or a switch by the bed for the main lights so you don’t have to get up to turn them off and on. The bed felt a bit hard, yet I still managed to sleep well.

The room was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very polite, answered all questions, and helped. Breakfast was tasty. The only drawback was that the bath towel was clean but old and had holes.

“Overbooked room, asked to leave”

The hotel cancelled my reservation on the day of check‑in. We had to find another place to stay for that evening after arriving from the train in Tashkent. We were also asked to cancel the reservation instead, so it looks good on the hotel.

Close to the metro, great location. It’s very cozy to sit on the sofa under a persimmon tree in the sun. The reception guys were extremely responsive and helped solve all issues. Thanks to them, we recommend it!
