The location of this place, which we didn't know, is strategic between Milan and Lake Como and well connected. Maximo welcomed us at the reception and gave us very useful directions for our short trip.

The welcome and kindness of the staff were good, but it was a bit too far from amenities and only one person spoke French.

The location on the highway is convenient, yet it is far enough to avoid outside noise; the room is spacious enough, as is the bathroom. The mattress and pillow are a bit too hard for my taste. Internal sound insulation could be improved. There are enough internal parking spaces. The breakfast is somewhat lacking, especially for those who need to follow a particular diet.
