“Noisy stay”

The hotel was okay with comfortable facilities, and the pool was large and fun to swim in. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience because we were staying while a large school group was present. It seemed common for school groups to stay at the hotel. The teenagers shouted, ran up and down corridors, banged on walls, and played music until late at night. Reception spoke with some of them, but the noise persisted even after 11 pm‑midnight. Because of the ongoing noise, staff helped move us to an alternative room during the night. Even after moving rooms, it was still very noisy and we almost got zero sleep. We had specifically booked near the airport to get a good night’s sleep before an overnight flight the next day, so it felt disappointing.

Very nice, staff were service‑mindful. I loved staying here; I had a flight the next day after two nights. Great breakfast 🙏

The location is close to the airport. The bed linens seemed to have not changed and smelled bad.

The reception staff were flawless, the bar was also excellent, and everyone was friendly and smiling—overall a very nice experience in another country with different customs. The housekeeping was discreet and eager to help; thank you very much. When we come to Bali, we’ll stay here again. We didn’t like that the breakfast was very much for people of the same philosophy, meaning it was almost not a European breakfast at all, even though there were several European dishes. They were tasty, but we preferred them more for lunch, as I mentioned, and other habits.

“Famous/Worst Hotel Ever”

The staff only. I booked a pool‑entrance room, the most expensive, and instead had people sitting outside my room at 5 am smoking and talking on the phone both mornings booked. Staff moved them on after phoning front desk. Breakfast is very basic, not 4 star, more like 2 star. I ordered lunch—big mistake—the chicken looked like it had been fried over and over, absolutely inedible. Staff said the kitchen would make it again, I paid for it. I also had a second booking on my return which I cancelled and refunded back. No photos, but I told the reception how I found the hotel and showed them the chicken. 🤬
