A private balcony offers a city view, and the room includes air‑conditioning, free Wi‑Fi and a flat‑screen TV with cable channels. Two queen‑size beds accommodate up to four guests, with a seating area, sofa, desk and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine. The en‑suite bathroom provides a shower, toilet, free toiletries, a hairdryer and a streaming service. Additional conveniences are a telephone, alarm clock, heating, iron and ironing facilities, wardrobe, carpeted floor and a drying rack for clothing.

The wiring in our room was exposed and they simply pushed the bed up to hide it; there weren’t enough towels, which could even start a fire.
“Will never stay there again or recommend to anyone. We did put in a complaint but never heard anyth”
Nothing about our stay was good. The only satisfactory thing was how close the hotel was to the hospital, which was why we chose it since my dad was staying overnight. The staff didn’t respond well when we complained about the fridge leaking; they never came to check and told us to put a towel on the floor. The TV was positioned off to the side of the two beds, making it awkward to watch. We were three people but there were only enough towels for two, no bath towels, and far too few of everything else.
Good location, off the main highway, a convenient overnight stop before catching the ferry to Vancouver Island. The noise, bed, and mattress were very uncomfortable.
