The biggest advantage of the inn is its excellent location and the fact that it has everything you can ask for in São Francisco Xavier: a rushing river with rapids and a mini waterfall, trails, a pool, and the most beautiful city view. The inn is complete, offering all the activities we were looking for. The chalets are spacious and well‑furnished. Importantly, they accept children. And if that wasn’t enough, the service is excellent. We’ll definitely come back!

The main point: the friendliness of the staff. They are always attentive and helpful. It’s worth mentioning the very good breakfast. The lodge’s location inside Serra da Mantiqueira is also noteworthy, with a wonderful landscape and delightful silence. Since it was only a one‑night stay, I have nothing to criticize.

We were very well received and accommodated, with a very cozy room. The staff were attentive and very friendly; it’s a place I would definitely return to.
