“We have stayed here before. Standards have gone down. Breakfast was terrible.”

The first room wasn’t clean, so I had to call staff; the cleaning could be better and housekeepers need to take their job seriously.

“It’s not worth with the famous brand name. This hotel need to renovate”

The location was good, yet the facilities were poor, staff were lacking, the room felt old, smelled bad, and was not clean.
