Nirwana Resort Hotel

The room was great, the beach was beautiful, we loved the size of our room, there were in‑room massage offers 💆‍♀️, and the staff were very helpful. We especially liked the fresh flowers and plants in the room. However, when we looked more closely we noticed many small flaws that are unacceptable for a 5‑star hotel (rounded corners, missing tiles, crumbling plaster, etc).

“Spacious, Private & Heritage Building”

The staff were friendly and warm, the location offered great privacy in a secluded setting, and the private beach was a top pick; the brochures listed plenty of fun activities, and the resort is part of a group with 3‑4 other properties nearby. However, the building feels old and needs renovation to keep the rooms, public areas, restaurants, and other facilities up to standard; the work desk lacked a study lamp, though a standing lamp was provided on request, which was very good. Aside from that, the location remains excellent for a memorable trip.

The location is paradise‑like, with a beautiful beach right next door; the facilities are superb, the services are top quality, and the team is always on hand with a smile. We’ll definitely come back. Nothing to add—everything was perfect.

The staff were very kind, the grounds were spacious yet well maintained, and the hospitality was excellent—room calls were made to ensure we caught the ferry on time. The facilities felt a little dated, though.
