I’ve never seen a hotel so filthy. The room was obviously never cleaned; everything was extremely dirty. When I asked staff for cleaning, they didn’t respond, so I had to buy cleaning supplies and rags at Coles and wash everything myself. Staying there felt risky for my health, and the air conditioning was another nightmare—full of mold and dust. If you can find another place in Sydney, steer clear of this one.

The location was great, right near transport and shops. The pillows were a bit hard.
