Although the booking was confirmed, the entire hotel and restaurant were occupied for a wedding; we had to cycle 11 km in the opposite direction to Châteauneuf-sur-Loire to find another hotel where we were warmly welcomed.

The host was available and friendly, the site was beautiful, and the serenity and calm were impressive, all complemented by a carefully prepared breakfast. The floor creaks a little, but that’s the charm of an old castle.
