“Mediocre”
The location was convenient, yet the facility looked run down and the neighbor was noisy.
“I will visit again soon.”
The staff were very helpful, polite, and professional, though smoking on the balcony was a problem.
“Savannah is one of our favorite places to visit. We will definitely not stay at this hotel again.”
The location was great, and I loved the view from both the front and back of the hotel, with the river on one side and the city on the other, but I was disappointed that valet service was mandatory; the room was filthy, the curtain looked as if a dog or baby had licked it, there was a ball of dog hair and crumbs on the floor, we had to call for a vacuum, and my husband had to write his name in the dust on the furniture—especially disappointing given how much we paid.
