I had zero positives and everything was a negative; nothing stood out as good.

The hotel’s facilities feel brand‑new and up‑to‑date, and the staff really stand out for their service. The rooms, however, have tiny bathrooms and especially lack wardrobes; even a suite meant for four can’t fit the luggage of a single guest, which definitely needs fixing.
