The spot was great – right in the middle of everything.

The vibe was lovely and the hotel upgraded us for free. Service was top‑class. We headed to a show in Hoi An, but heavy rain stopped us from dining out, so we returned after kitchen hours and the staff still welcomed us. Their effort and care made a big difference. Nothing negative – it was fantastic.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s distance from the centre made it quiet and pleasant, yet still a short walk to everything happening. Daisy, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The only downside was the music in the restaurant.
