You could see the balloons from the hotel and the staff were super friendly. The sheets were a bit dirty.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the entire staff was absolutely amazing — always friendly, professional, and willing to help. I would especially like to highlight the lovely lady at the reception, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm welcome and dedication truly made a difference and made me feel very special. I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back! A big thank you to the entire team!

Wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special thank-you to Mido, who helped us with everything we needed and made our stay even more enjoyable. The convenient location made exploring easy. “Merna was very helpful & friendly.”

The location and the friendly staff were good. The shower head didn’t deliver much water, and one side of the bed mattress sloped toward the floor.

The staff were very enthusiastic, but the hotel’s location is a bit off—it's in a village with nothing around except the hot‑air balloon launch site, which is great for watching balloons in the morning.
