Close to the train station and the airport. A shuttle was offered, but I chose a taxi that only took 10 min to my terminal. The rooms are large and the pajamas comfortable. I appreciated that my room was ready a bit early since I arrived pretty tired. The staff were very friendly and spoke fluent English. The location is also convenient for hamazushi and groceries.

It was a really great hotel. There were good places to eat nearby. Excellent courtesy bus service to the Haneda Airport terminals at no extra cost. Extremely good value for money.

A shuttle bus from the airport was clean and comfortable, making the ride a pleasant start to the trip.
