I was assigned room 301, the furthest from the front desk, and the walk was terrible for me as a handicapped guest. I paid an extra $59 for a handicapped room, only to find the building so large and hard to navigate that I wish I’d known beforehand.

The property looks nice and offers decent amenities if that’s what you’re after. I booked the luxury deluxe king room for an extra fee to get a garden view in the fall, but when I got there the view faced the parking lot. I called the front desk, and they said they don’t even have a garden; when I pointed out that the website listed one, they just shrugged and said they had no idea what happened.
