The location is ideal for parking your car for free at the hotel and then heading into central Madrid for the day. The train station is very close to the hotel. The walls are not acoustically insulated, so you can hear neighbors or children crying (as we did), but when I go back to Madrid I’ll return to this hotel.

We were in Leganés for a show at La Cubierta, and Hotel Avenida was a 10‑minute walk from the venue. The place was really cozy and clean, and the staff were friendly. If I ever return, I’ll try to stay here again.
