The hotel was decent for its price. The room felt a bit old and not renovated, but it was the only one that wasn’t, so I had to be fair. The staff were helpful, though English communication was tough; thank God my friend is Turkish. I have no specific complaints, but I wouldn’t return because I’ll look for a better room regardless of cost.

Great value for money and the service was already above average before we even arrived. It wasn’t my first time in Istanbul, but it was one of the most pleasant stays, especially travelling alone with three kids. The staff were very helpful, and Can spent a lot of time sorting out our onward travel to Antalya, even rebooking tickets that had nothing to do with the hotel. Just thank you – I’d gladly come back.

Just the bedding is good quality. No elevator. No breakfast. The hotel is more than shabby. Cleanliness is average. The magnetic card to enter the room didn’t work even after the employee tried to fix it.

Friendly and helpful staff who accommodated my needs swiftly. The room was quiet and the hotel is in a good location. The hotel was a good value for money. Could use an additional decent bedside lamp.
