We loved everything. It’s the best hotel among all we’ve visited. We felt at home. They served dreamy dinners beside a 10‑meter pool garden. We even saw a wild elephant next to the hotel. They arranged the Safari to Minneriya for us. Nothing we didn’t like.

The accommodation is suitable for couples, friendly service, and you feel at home. Maybe the bathroom needs a bit of upkeep.

The hotel's architecture is truly stunning, but unfortunately, it's let down by the presence of dogs at the breakfast table. I'm an animal lover, but these dogs were stinky, and it wasn't ideal while eating. It's a shame, because the building itself is a work of art.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with our 1-year-old infant's needs. They were always smiling and willing to lend a hand, making our stay a truly special experience. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm welcome.
