The staff were mostly friendly, but the breakfast was really bad.

The place was clean, but there was no French TV channel even though it’s close to the border, and the scrambled eggs were scarce.

The personnel were extremely friendly, helpful, and hardworking! The breakfast room and buffet were spotless! There was plenty of breakfast and it was delicious.

The location is ideal for day trips, and the hotel is very quiet. We had a nice double room with excellent breakfast. Unfortunately, there was no concierge service from Friday (arrival day) until Monday (departure day).
