The staff were friendly and straightforward, the location at the foot of Cortona was good, but the sanitation facilities and the price‑value ratio were lacking.

The place was beautiful, well maintained, and peaceful, with a nice breakfast to start your day; it’s close to all sites in Tuscany. The only downside was the lack of a cloth dryer, so you have to hang your clothes, and I hope it doesn’t rain.
