We loved the location, the building, the gardens, and the staff; Gloria prepared a lovely breakfast with the best cappuccino, and we highly recommend Monte Simeone.

The location is great, but the breakfast was very monotonous—every day the same tray of cold cuts, mozzarella, and jam, with no tomatoes or cucumbers. In my room I could feel a damp, musty smell, almost like wetness.

The secluded spot offers a beautiful sea view, and the room was basic yet very clean. Communication with Gloria was excellent, but the breakfast lacked variety, especially for guests staying multiple days.

The location is stunning with sea views, just a short walk from Polignano's center, and there’s private parking. The new, comfortable room, the rich sweet and savory breakfast, and the well-equipped garden make it perfect for a relaxing stop. Nothing to complain about.
