The hotel is gorgeous, with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The on‑site restaurant is excellent for dinner and the breakfast is very good. The staff are friendly, a young man helped us with our luggage, and another at reception pointed out local shops. The only drawback is the bedding quality; many guests dislike the very soft mattress, which caused back pain. The overly soft mattress and the strong ventilation from 7 am to 8 pm right above the bed were the sole negatives.

Ottima posizione per visitare la città vecchia e con parcheggio antistante. Hall accogliente con divani e caminetto. Addetti alla reception gentilissimi in particolare Nicola e Matteo. Camera grande, moderna e con letto comodissimo. Davvero consigliato. L’unica imperfezione, ma sempre con personale gentile, e’ la colazione: prenotabile solo fino alle 9.30 - essendo nel ristorante dell’hotel ma aperto agli esterni - va prenotata la sera prima, con porzioni enormi da pranzo e il caffè americano che diventava freddo. The room is very beautiful with a great bed and linens, and the bathroom is just as nice. The coffee machine and its presentation are somewhat disappointing for a hotel of this category.
