The place was tidy and clean, but the breakfast was bland and tasteless, the spot is far from popular tourist sites, the pool was shut, and the lift was out of order the next day, forcing me to climb three floors.

Just a 6‑7 minute walk to Carmona beach, the setting is a quiet, green village with good food—maybe a bit less oil would help—and the staff were friendly; all in all, nothing to complain about.

It’s very dirty , breakfast buffet was too bad . If you book cabs via Goa miles they ask you to walk 100m away at least cox there are 2/3 local taxi people all the time outside hotel they keep a lookout for online drivers and cars . They provide you RO water and charge you 60 rs for regular 20 rs regular bottle . Not worth the price at all
