The room was comfortable, but the parking could not accommodate many cars and there was nowhere to park on the street. Another issue was that the breakfast was very low.

“Péssima”

The service was awful; the room had no water, so I waited 3 hours to change rooms, and at the end I had to descend from the 7th floor with luggage and a child on the stairs because they were doing maintenance right as we were leaving the room without any notice to wait inside while it finished. My autistic son was vomiting and it was a chaos. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was perfect. Nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was terrible; at 8 a.m. there were no supplies for replenishment. The hotel had few staff to meet demand, and it could not handle large groups. Hygiene was a big problem: the bathroom lacked ceramic and the walls were covered in sludge, and there was no water upon arrival.

Localização boa, de fácil acesso. Garagem disponível. Café da manhã com muitas opções. Quartos com isolamento acústico muito ruim, dava pra ouvir qualquer barulho do lado de fora, o que atrapalha o sono. Ar-condicionado antigo, sem paletas e que não gelou direito durante a estadia, mesmo configurando pelo controle e colocando no modo Turbo. Banheiro com o vaso soltando embaixo. Cortinas do quarto muito pequenas, e já pela manhã, o ambiente ficava muito claro, dificultando o sono de quem quer dormir até tarde
