A good, comfortable place a bit off‑the‑beaten‑path in a mountain village in Modena province. The breakfast room is lovely.

The welcome was good, the room was clean and well supplied, and the breakfast was discreet. The village center is small. Unfortunately our room only had one window just below the ceiling, so there was no view and little natural light. P.S. Reviews are written by guests, not by the managers.

The room was clean, but the walls are thin, so you can hear every neighbor’s toilet noise, even through the glass partition between bathrooms. Every morning from six o’clock you can also hear Italian pensioners across the street at a bar sipping coffee and smoking. The Wi‑Fi in the room is terrible, though the owner blames the provider; the real issue is that the router is on a different floor and far away, so a signal booster on the upper floor would solve it.
