The only complaint was the mattress: it was a basic spring type that made a very loud noise even when just turning over. It should be swapped for a higher‑quality mattress so guests can sleep more comfortably and peacefully.

The room was lovely, the bed super comfortable, and it was in a quiet spot. The staff were helpful and polite. We were booked for farm accommodation but ended up staying in the main house, which I loved for its natural oak and décor. The bedroom view was stunning. My husband cooked breakfast that was delicious, flavorful, cooked to order, and served hot. The cereal selection was minimal. The yogurt, granola, and fruit were lovely, but I’d have preferred them alongside other cereals and the fruit on the self‑serve table—just a personal preference.
