“It was hot”

It was very easy to locate and get to. It was incredibly hot. The outside temperature was in the high 90s and the air conditioning unit in the room wasn’t even on when we arrived after we booked the room several hours before we arrived. It was 88 degrees inside the room. It took more than 6 hours for the room to get out of the 80s. The bed and pillows were rather uncomfortable. The towels were scratchy

“Never again”

It was close to a party I was attending. Bed, pillows hard, towels scratchy. No coffee, staff didn’t speak or understand English much. The air unit rattled and was noisy. The bed coverings were thin and scratchy. No way would I get in the shower. I couldn’t get comfortable, I couldn’t sleep and I couldn’t wait to get out of there

The room was clean and comfortable, but the towels seemed a bit old and worn out. Still, it was a decent place to stay.

“All good until staff made a mistake and opened my door without knocking”

The hotel looked brand new and updated, but the staff's lack of attention to detail was a major issue. I was working down the street when I got a call from my wife, who was shocked that a staff member walked into our room without knocking. She was laying on the bed with my gun beside her, and if he had stepped in, it could have been disastrous. The staff member apologized and said it was a mistake, but it was too late - we had already checked out.
