The manager was rude and refused to honor the online‑booked price, claiming the room rate was 40 dollars higher per night, and his sister, who also works there, tried to charge me an extra 40 dollars for early checkout before 3 pm; the property was a mess with equipment in the parking lot and a broken water feature, so avoid booking here because they won’t honor your reservation and will be rude—typical of a place that pretends to be a 5‑star hotel when it’s only 2 stars at best.

The hotel was close to the event, but our room had an incomplete bathroom door with a hole, a sink that needed repair, a wall patched with pieces of sheetrock, and a sad-looking bathroom shower chair.
