The location was stunning, but it was a pity we didn't book a second night.
The place is amazing, the view and animals are wonderful, and Craig is a phenomenal host.

Loved the view, plus the bonus of hiking to a waterfall with Moose. It was great that we could bring our own dog and that the room had a back door so the dog could roam outside freely. The utensils were a bit limited and old, like the egg lifter, but we made a plan. More table mats and spare crockery and glasses would be appreciated.
The cottage looks really nice and it is cosy, with amazing fireplaces both inside and outside—great for resting and relaxing, and we missed nothing. However, someone tried to throw a party on Saturday night, turning an otherwise quiet evening with bright stars and an almost full moon into a noisy valley, so we called the owner Craig for help. He resolved the issue within minutes, which we appreciated, so overall it worked out.
It was an amazing weekend; thanks to Craig and the staff for being very accommodating. All the dogs were super friendly and welcoming, and I’ll definitely come back. Thando makes the best pap, Sheba and Craig go the extra mile for all guests to make them happy. Thank you again!
