The reception was welcoming, the terrace restaurant had a nice vibe, and the bike storage with charging was a handy perk. The location is great and the view from our room was beautiful. However, the spa was overcrowded, with rude guests and kids splashing in the pool despite the sign. The main restaurant was noisy and the service felt more like a trattoria than a hotel.
