The room was clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed. The English breakfast was good. The staff at breakfast were grumpy and slow, and we almost felt guilty when we had to reorder coffee. That negative vibe unfortunately overshadows the positives of this place.

The welcome was warm, the room was nice, the pub was beautiful, the atmosphere was pleasant, the food was very good, and it was close to the port and the train station.
