The location is fantastic, right on the street between the popular pho10 Vietnamese noodle shop and loadingT coffee shop, with the church and Huan Son Lake just a 5–10 minute walk away. The front‑desk staff spoke fluent English and made communication effortless, even offering a thoughtful map of nearby attractions for visitors to Hanoi’s old quarter. Breakfast choices were limited but generally acceptable, and the noise from the renovation was a bit annoying.

Dear Golden Amour Team, We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to every member of the Golden Amour team. Everyone we met was so kind and welcoming! In particular, we would like to give a very special thank-you to Andrew. We feel incredibly fortunate to have met him during our stay. His kindness and help were truly one of the most unforgettable parts of our trip to Southeast Asia. My husband caught a cold and developed a fever during our stay. It was already around 11 PM, but Andrew kindly accompanied me to a pharmacy to get medicine. He then went with me to find a hospital with an ER, just in case my husband needed emergency care during the night. After we returned to the hotel, he even went to the kitchen and made a cup of warm ginger tea for my husband. And amazingly, my husband felt much better the next day and his fever was gone! Without Andrew’s kindness and help, we honestly don’t know if my husband would have recovered in time for us to take our flight from Hanoi to Da Nang the next day. We truly cannot put into words how grateful we are. His care and thoughtfulness meant so much to us. If 10 is the highest possible rating, I would give Golden Amour 100 out of 10! ❤️ We also absolutely loved the breakfast, especially the Vietnamese pho. We honestly thought the pho at the hotel was even better than the Michelin-starred restaurant nearby! 😊 The hotel’s location is also fantastic. It is within walking distance of so many of the main attractions, which made exploring Hanoi so easy and enjoyable. We will definitely recommend Golden Amour to our friends and family, and we hope to come back again someday. We’d be more than happy to share our experience in a review as well. We would love for other travelers to know how wonderful the team at Golden Amour is, especially Andrew! We had a wonderful stay at the Golden Amour Hotel and would definitely recommend it! We initially booked one night here when we first arrived in Hanoi and had such a great experience that, when we came back to the city at the end of our trip, we decided to stay here again. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi and very convenient for exploring the city. Our room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and, most importantly, very clean. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful, and they made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A lovely place to stay in Hanoi, with a great location, excellent rooms and genuinely wonderful people. We would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

“Buena estancia muy cómodas”

Todo muy bien. El personal muy atento y simpático, fue un gusto. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, aunque el resto de instalaciones no tanto como las habitaciones. Lo único el desayuno dejaba mucho que desear y las instalaciones un poco antiguas. El resto muy bien. Ubicación perfecta
