The spot is close to the Opera Hub center, and the room offers a lake view. The rooms feel dated, and the breakfast is just adequate.

The spot has a lake view and is within walking distance of Comerio, but the cleaning ladies kept entering the room repeatedly before check‑out time.

The staff are attentive and caring, especially Hassan the night watchman who is very friendly and helpful. The shower, however, is really too small.
