Hotel Primula

The staff were very friendly and the whole hotel looked well kept, everything was spotless. The entrance to the hotel parking in the public underground garage was hard to locate.

Breakfasts were great and the staff were friendly, but I wish there had been at least a kettle in the room.

The accommodation and service were excellent. The parking situation was an issue, and the elevator door kept closing even when I pushed it.

In the lobby there were lilies that gave off a wonderful scent, the staff were very friendly, and my request for an extra blanket was fulfilled immediately. The hotel sits right in a shopping street, surrounded by various restaurants, snack stalls and shops. The radiators were not vented, so it stayed cold (though it was the first cold weekend of the year). The building is very sound‑proofed; if all guests keep quiet at night it’s still quiet, but that’s not always the case. Only the hotel’s underground garage is signposted, and you pay 6 € for it (I think that’s fair), but you should research alternative parking options beforehand if you don’t want to use it, since it’s right in the city centre.

The bed was comfortable, the location was good, and the staff were pleasant. The rooms are not sound‑proofed at all; everything can be heard.
