I had a great stay! I chose this hotel to relax while traveling through Nicaragua, and it was perfect. The beach‑front location, good food and drinks, and super friendly staff who helped organize a tour to see sea‑turtle babies on their first journey to the sea were all highlights. Free bicycles let you roam around during the day. One caveat: Wi‑Fi is not always reliable—if you need to work, bring a SIM card hotspot and plan ahead. But don’t try to check emails there.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always available. The room was spacious on the top floor, and the breakfast was excellent.

The room was roomy, the reception was friendly, and the price and location were great. The air conditioning worked well and every request was handled quickly. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. The sink was poorly designed, with a shelf directly above it, making brushing teeth hard. A second towel, an extra sheet, and a bin were missing; they were only provided after asking. The Wi‑Fi was unstable, the breakfast was mediocre, and the breakfast staff were unfriendly.

The location was excellent and Estefani’s service was wonderful; she helped with everything and gave great tips. Nothing to complain about.

The kitchen was clean, the staff were sympathetic and available, and the location was good. The only downside was the noise from the air conditioner, though it was necessary.
