The room was very spacious, nicely laid out and decorated, with a large bathroom. The terrace had a swinging chair and a view over the pool, and the AC and fridge were great. The location was perfect, and the staff were all excellent. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and checkout at 12pm was convenient. I really liked everything.

Good location; you reach the center quickly, but the hotel’s surroundings are quiet. The rooms are spacious. The staff barely spoke English and didn’t really try to be helpful with questions.

We liked the large bed, the big shower, and the 24‑hour reception, which also allowed us an early checkout. Unfortunately, we found a cockroach in the room. The air conditioner was broken, leaving a permanent, huge puddle in the room. Communicating this to staff was difficult because of a language barrier. Additionally, we had a window that faced a wall/fence.

“Zeer slecht onderhouden complex, een echte no-go! Pas op met boeken”

The Old City location was nice, but the pictures were far more appealing than the reality; the place is badly maintained, with mold and limescale in the bathroom, hair left behind, a fridge that smelled musty and had mold on the edges, an ultra‑hard mattress with stains on the cover, a shabby pool, thin walls, and noisy drunk neighbours pounding on doors—nothing was addressed, so we checked out two nights early because of the poor condition.
