The hotel is new with modern facilities, but the restaurant service was poor, the indoor pool was only partially heated, the room’s air conditioner was defective, the restaurant’s playground had no access control (children over 4 were using and destroying toys and could hurt the babies), and the food lacked variety.

Almost everything was good, except the indoor pool wasn’t heated properly, especially since we were there on a weekend that we already knew would be cold and rainy, and many people complained that this was a recurring issue.

The resort’s infrastructure, especially the golf area, is excellent. Inside the room, the only thing that needs improvement is the air‑conditioner maintenance, as we couldn’t set it to the ideal temperature (it stayed too hot even though it was cool outside). The lack of proper maintenance—maybe a gas shortage or accumulated dirt—seems to be the issue.
