Location is fine. The place was very dirty and damaged. I had booked a different property and ended up staying elsewhere. The rooms were very ruined, filthy, and stinky.

Excellent location near the old town and bus stop, close to shops and bakeries. We had room number 2, which had no kitchenette. The room was modest and small, but the location near the old town makes up for it.

The room and bathroom were in very good condition, equipped with a iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and electric kettle. Located in the center of Old Town, I highly recommend it.
